this helps
I have been going through a rough patch lately.
I thought I would share with others what has helped me through the process/es/ing:
1. Yoga helps.

2. Dog helps.
This is Pluto, and he’s the best.
3. Work helps.
You know, there’s that whole “structure” thing.
4. Plants help.
Here’s a flower in my apartment.
There’s the whole “wonder in nature” thing that’s nice.
Though, I do recommend a less persnickety plant than perhaps an hibiscus.
5. Water helps.
Stay hydrated. It’s just good for you.
6. Friends help.

Phone calls, emails, Facebook or Gmail chats, text messages, get-togethers, etc. are all good for the soul.
7. Swearing helps.
@S$XC&%^&D%A&%S!!!
Not the most polite thing to do, buuuutttt there are situations that call for it, and well, there is research that supports some of its benefits as long as swearing is not overused. Read here or here for more information.
