Personal best and second place in my age division at last night’s 5K in support of Brooke’s Blossoming Hope for Childhood Cancer Foundation and in loving memory of Crystal Richards Hansen:
Yesterday I participated in a Color Me Rad Run (http://www.colormerad.com/) to benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities. It was so much fun! People of all ages and backgrounds walked or ran 5K and got color bombed in the process. There were no pressures to be fast since there were no timers. Everyone was smiling. The hats, costumes, and funky socks were quite a sight. It’s one of the rare times adults can be playful and get “dirty.” The weather was beautiful. This is an awesome walk/run for beginners and folks who are regular runners. 🙂
7th Annual You Go Girl 5K Run
